1. See the left side of your facebook screen Like This
2. Click on see more... and then click on create a frame.
3. Find this on the loaded page and click Create frame.
4. Click on Get started..
5. Click on upload and browse the file.
6. Now adjust the file (frame)
7. submit the frame.
8. It takes a day or a week to verify.
